# Attio

> Connect Dimedove with Attio CRM for modern customer relationship management

Dimedove's Attio integration connects your AI agents to Attio's flexible CRM. Automatically create and update records based on agent conversations, keeping your customer data in sync across platforms.

## Integration Features

### Supported Resources

Dimedove automatically discovers all available objects in your Attio workspace, including custom objects. Your agents can interact with any resource that your Attio account has configured.

### Agent Actions

Configure your Dimedove agents to perform CRM operations as part of their workflows:

* **Create Records**: Automatically create new records when an agent qualifies a lead
* **Update Records**: Update existing records with new information gathered during conversations
* **Upsert Records**: Look up existing records by unique fields and update them, or create new records if no match is found. Attio's native upsert support ensures reliable data consistency

### Key Capabilities

* **Dynamic Object Discovery**: Dimedove queries your Attio workspace to detect all available objects and their fields automatically
* **Unique Field Detection**: Attio's field-level uniqueness constraints are detected and used for accurate record lookups
* **Field Mapping**: Map agent conversation outputs to specific Attio fields for precise data entry
* **Unified Inbox**: Conversations that trigger CRM actions appear alongside all other channels in your Dimedove dashboard

## Getting Connected

To connect your Attio account:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations** in your Dimedove dashboard
2. Click **Configure** next to Attio
3. Authorize Dimedove with your Attio account
4. Your available objects and fields will be discovered automatically
5. Configure agent actions to start syncing data
