# Facebook Messenger

> Connect Dimedove with Facebook Messenger to automate conversations on your Facebook Pages

Dimedove's Facebook Messenger integration lets you connect your Facebook Pages to your AI agents. Automatically respond to incoming messages, manage comments, and keep all conversations visible in your unified Dimedove inbox.

## Integration Features

### Page-Based Messaging

Connect one or more Facebook Pages to Dimedove. Each page can be linked to an AI agent that handles incoming Messenger conversations automatically, providing instant responses to customers who reach out through your page.

### Comment Management

Your agents can monitor and respond to comments on your Facebook Page posts:

* **Public Replies**: Respond to comments directly on the post
* **Private Replies**: Send a private Messenger message in response to a comment
* **Comment Moderation**: Hide or unhide comments as needed

### Key Capabilities

* **Automated Responses**: AI agents respond to incoming Messenger conversations in real time
* **Multi-Page Support**: Connect multiple Facebook Pages, each with its own agent configuration
* **Unified Inbox**: All Messenger conversations appear alongside Slack, Instagram, and web chat in your Dimedove dashboard

## Getting Connected

To connect your Facebook Pages:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations** in your Dimedove dashboard
2. Click **Configure** next to Facebook Messenger
3. Authorize Dimedove with your Facebook account
4. Select the Pages you want to connect
5. Assign an agent to each connected page
