# Microsoft Teams
> Connect Dimedove with Microsoft Teams to deploy AI agents in your channels and reach Ask Dimedove from Teams
Dimedove's Microsoft Teams integration brings your AI agents into the channels and chats where your organization already works. Connect your Microsoft 365 organization once, add the Dimedove app in Teams, and choose which agent answers in each channel.

### Microsoft Teams Agents
Deploy your Dimedove agents to Teams channels and group chats where people can mention them directly. Agents reply in the thread of the post, keeping channels organized while providing consistent answers.

### Key Capabilities
* **Channel Deployment**: Add agents to standard and private channels, and to group chats
* **Mention-Based Replies**: Agents answer when someone mentions **@Dimedove**, in the thread of that post
* **Images**: Agents read images pasted into the conversation
* **Ask Dimedove**: A one-on-one chat with Dimedove reaches your team's own assistant, with approvals right in the chat
* **Unified Inbox**: Conversations with your agents in Teams appear alongside other channels in your Dimedove dashboard
## Getting Connected
To connect your Microsoft 365 organization:
1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations** in your Dimedove dashboard
2. Click **Connect** on Microsoft Teams
3. Have a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator approve Dimedove for your organization
4. Install the Dimedove app in Teams and connect agents to your channels, following [Configuration](/platform/workspace/configuration#microsoft-teams)
Microsoft Teams agents require a Pro subscription. While Dimedove awaits its Teams Store listing, the app is installed from a package we provide.
