# TikTok

> Connect Dimedove with TikTok to automate direct messages and comment interactions on your videos

Dimedove's TikTok integration connects your TikTok business account to your AI agents. Automate responses to direct messages and take care of the comments on your videos, all from your Dimedove dashboard.

## Integration Features

### Direct Message Automation

Link your TikTok business account to a Dimedove agent that answers incoming direct messages automatically, with the same knowledge and personality it uses on every channel.

### Comment Interactions

Your agents can engage with comments on your videos:

* **Public Replies**: Respond to comments directly on the video with short, to-the-point answers
* **Comment Moderation**: Hide comments that match the rules you describe, and bring them back when needed

### Key Capabilities

* **Automated DM Responses**: AI agents respond to incoming direct messages in real time
* **Unified Inbox**: All TikTok conversations appear alongside your other channels in your Dimedove dashboard
* **Contact Tracking**: TikTok contacts are created automatically for a complete view of each customer

## Getting Connected

To connect your TikTok account:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations** in your Dimedove dashboard
2. In the **Social** group, click **Configure** on **TikTok**
3. Authorize Dimedove with your TikTok business account
4. Under **Socials**, create a channel for the account and assign its agent. See [TikTok](/platform/socials/tiktok)
