What channels does Dimedove support?
What channels does Dimedove support?
Dimedove supports a website messenger widget, standalone forms, email, telephony (voice and SMS), Slack, and social channels including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok. You can also build your own experience on top of the Apps API. All conversations across every channel are managed from a single unified inbox.
Can I customize my agent's behavior and personality?
Can I customize my agent's behavior and personality?
Yes. You can configure your agent’s identity, instructions, personality, tone, first message, verbosity, human fallback behavior, and more. For rules that only apply in specific situations, use Procedures instead of adding everything to your instructions. See our Agent Configuration guide for details.
What integrations are available?
What integrations are available?
Quite a few. For records and CRM, Dimedove connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho CRM, Airtable, and Applied Epic. For scheduling, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity Scheduling, and Outlook Calendar. Slack, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram are available as channels, and Notion, Linear, Intercom, Zendesk, and Shopify are coming soon. Check the Integrations tab for the latest.
Does Dimedove have an API?
Does Dimedove have an API?
Yes. The Apps API lets you build fully custom experiences on top of your agents: create conversations, send messages, and receive agent responses with streaming or traditional request and response. A completions endpoint is also available for one-shot generation with no conversation, such as autocompleting a field or drafting a message. We support webhooks for real-time event notifications and MCP servers for connecting agents to external AI tools. See the API Reference for details.
How do I install the agent on my website?
How do I install the agent on my website?
Add the JavaScript widget code to your website using your agent ID and publishable key. See our Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions.
How do workflows work?
How do workflows work?
Workflows let you connect platform events to automated actions. Configure triggers (like a new conversation starting, a contact being created or updated, or an inbound call) and define the actions that follow, from sending a message to running one of your agent’s tasks or enriching a contact. See the Workflows documentation to get started.
Can my agents reach out first, or only respond?
Can my agents reach out first, or only respond?
Both. Alongside answering inbound conversations, your agents can place outbound calls and send outbound SMS, either one contact at a time from a workflow or as a batch you upload and schedule. Every outbound conversation lands in your Inbox like any other. See Outbound for setup and the compliance considerations.
Can my agents book meetings on my calendar?
Can my agents book meetings on my calendar?
Yes. Connect Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity Scheduling, or Outlook Calendar, and your agent can check real availability, book, and reschedule inside the conversation rather than handing over a link. Visitors on chat and forms pick a time from an interactive widget, and callers hear the same slots read out. See Calendar tasks.
What are credits, and how do they differ from Qualified Opportunities?
What are credits, and how do they differ from Qualified Opportunities?
They measure different things. A Qualified Opportunity reflects a meaningful outcome in a conversation. Credits measure the volume of routine, high-frequency work your agents do, such as moderating and replying to social comments. Both are included in your plan and billed separately, and every credit-consuming action is recorded so you can trace your usage. See Credits.
What is Ask Dimedove?
What is Ask Dimedove?
Ask Dimedove is a copilot over your own workspace. You can ask it about your conversations, contacts, and agents, group and chart your data, and have it propose configuration changes. It never applies a change on its own: every proposal arrives as a before and after comparison you approve or reject, and approved agent changes land as a draft until you publish. See Ask Dimedove.
