  • Update Records: Update existing records with new information gathered during conversations
  • Upsert Records: Look up existing records by searchable fields (name, email, phone) and update them, or create new records if no match is found

Getting Connected

To connect your Pipedrive account:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
  2. Click Connect next to Pipedrive
  3. Authorize Dimedove with your Pipedrive account
  4. Your available resources (people, organizations, deals) will be discovered automatically
  5. Configure agent actions to start syncing data
