Getting Connected
To connect your TikTok account:- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
- In the Social group, click Configure on TikTok
- Authorize Dimedove with your TikTok business account
- Under Socials, create a channel for the account and assign its agent. See TikTok
TikTok integration requires a Pro subscription with the Social Channels feature enabled.
