Connect one or more Facebook Pages to Dimedove. Each page can be linked to an AI agent that handles incoming Messenger conversations automatically, providing instant responses to customers who reach out through your page.Comment Management
Your agents can monitor and respond to comments on your Facebook Page posts:- Public Replies: Respond to comments directly on the post

Getting Connected
To connect your Facebook Pages:- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
- Click Connect next to Facebook Messenger
- Authorize Dimedove with your Facebook account
- Select the Pages you want to connect
- Assign an agent to each connected page
Facebook Messenger integration requires a Pro subscription with the Social Channels feature enabled.
