Page-Based Messaging
Connect one or more Facebook Pages to Dimedove. Each page can be linked to an AI agent that handles incoming Messenger conversations automatically, providing instant responses to customers who reach out through your page.Comment Management

Getting Connected
To connect your Facebook Pages:- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
- In the Social group, click Configure on Messenger
- Authorize Dimedove with your Facebook account and select the Pages you want to connect
- Under Socials, create a channel for each Page and assign its agent. See Facebook Messenger
Facebook Messenger integration requires a Pro subscription with the Social Channels feature enabled.
