Getting Connected
To connect your Instagram account:- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
- Click Connect next to Instagram
- Authorize Dimedove with your Instagram professional account
- Assign an agent to handle incoming messages and comments
Instagram integration requires a Pro subscription with the Social Channels feature enabled.
