Getting Connected
To connect your Instagram account:- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
- In the Social group, click Configure on Instagram
- Authorize Dimedove with your Instagram professional account
- Under Socials, create a channel for the account and assign its agent. See Instagram
Instagram integration requires a Pro subscription with the Social Channels feature enabled.
