Getting Connected
To connect your Zoho CRM account:- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
- Click Connect next to Zoho CRM
- Authorize Dimedove with your Zoho account
- Your available modules (leads, contacts, accounts, deals) will be discovered automatically
- Configure agent actions to start syncing data
Zoho CRM integration requires a Pro subscription with third-party integrations enabled.
