TikTok is available to teams on the Pro subscription.
Deploy your Dimedove agents to TikTok. Your agent answers the direct messages people send your business account, and takes care of the comments on your videos.

Prerequisites

  • A Dimedove account with the Pro subscription
  • A TikTok business account
  • At least one Dimedove agent that is published and live

Setup

Step 1: Connect Your TikTok Account

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Dimedove dashboard
  2. In the Social group, click Configure on TikTok
  3. Sign in with your TikTok business account and allow Dimedove

Step 2: Create a Social Channel

  1. Go to Socials, under Channels in your dashboard sidebar, and click Add
  2. Give the channel a Name, choose the Assigned Agent, and set the Channel to TikTok
  3. Select the Connected TikTok Account this channel responds to

Step 3: Choose What Your Agent Handles

  • Direct Messages: your agent answers the direct messages people send your account
  • Comments & Moderation: your agent handles comments on your videos. Turn on Public reply for it to answer in the thread, add optional Reply Instructions, and turn on Auto-hide Comments with a description of which comments to hide
Click Save, then turn the channel on.
TikTok keeps comment replies short, so your agent’s public replies are brief. Ask for concise answers in your Reply Instructions to make every word count.
