Skip to main content Contact attributes are structured, predefined data fields that create unified contact profiles across all visitors. Attributes enable businesses to standardize data collection and ensure consistent contact information formatting.
Core Capabilities
Contact attributes enable businesses to:
Define custom data fields - Create attributes specific to business needs
Standardize contact data - Ensure all contacts share the same attribute structure
Auto-populate from conversations - AI can infer attribute values from chat context
Manual data entry - Team members can enter attributes directly
Support multiple input types - Text inputs and text areas for different data formats
Localize attribute names - Display attributes in English or French
Track attribute updates - Monitor when each attribute value was last modified
Enforce data consistency - All contacts use the same attribute definitions
