Prerequisites

Setup Steps

  1. Create your agent -Set up your agent’s identity, instructions, and personality to match your brand. See Agents Overview.
  2. Add knowledge -Upload files, connect websites, or write articles to give your agent the context it needs. See Content.
  3. Configure channels -Deploy your agent to your website, forms, email, or other channels. See Installation.
  4. Test in preview -Use the built-in preview to test conversations before going live. See Preview.
  5. Go live -Publish your agent and monitor conversations from the Inbox.
