Ask Dimedove is your internal copilot: a conversational assistant that lets your team work across your entire Dimedove workspace using plain language. Anything you can do as a person on the platform, you can ask your copilot to do for you. Search and analyze your data, understand how your agents are configured, and propose changes to those configurations, all from a single chat. The goal is to make iterating on your workspace seamless. Instead of clicking through screens to find a conversation, check a setting, or rewrite an agent’s instructions, you describe what you want and Ask Dimedove does the work with you.

Changes to your configurations are always proposed for your review first. Ask Dimedove never applies a change to a live agent or channel without your explicit approval. See Usage for how the review and approval flow works.

How You Access It

Ask Dimedove is available throughout the platform so you can ask a question wherever you are:
  • Home page: A prompt box at the center of your dashboard where you can start a new conversation
  • Top navigation: An Ask Dimedove button in the page header, available on most screens
  • Full chat view: A dedicated, expanded view for longer conversations and follow-ups
You can reference specific parts of your workspace directly in your message by mentioning an agent, channel, or label, which helps the copilot target exactly what you mean.

Credits

Ask Dimedove runs on credits. Each conversation consumes credits based on the complexity of your queries, so simpler questions cost less than deeper analysis or larger changes. You can track your copilot usage against your team’s allowance directly in the product.
