Work Credits
Some of the work your agents do is not a single qualified conversation, but high-volume, repetitive action: moderating and replying to comments, handling routine social interactions, and similar tasks that happen at scale. Credits measure that work. They sit alongside Qualified Opportunities as a second usage layer, so your usage reflects what your agents actually do across the platform.Credits and Qualified Opportunities are billed separately. A Qualified Opportunity reflects a meaningful outcome in a conversation; credits reflect the volume of routine actions your agents perform.
What counts as a credit
Each plan includes a pool of credits that refreshes every billing cycle. Agent actions draw down from that pool as they happen. Heavier actions cost more credits than lighter ones, so your usage reflects the real effort involved. Examples of credited actions include:- Replying to or moderating comments in a social channel
- Querying your data through the copilot
- Other routine moderation actions or engagements performed by an agent
What each plan includes
| Plan | Included credits (per billing cycle) |
|---|---|
| Pay As You Go | 100 |
| Pro | 2,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Enterprise plans can be configured with a custom credit allowance to match your volume. Contact us to set this up.
When you use more than your plan includes
You can go above your included credits at any time. Your plan’s credits cover normal usage, and once you use them up in a billing cycle, your agents keep working without interruption: any credits beyond what your plan includes are simply billed at your plan rate. Included credits do not roll over: each billing cycle starts with your plan’s full allowance.Tracking your usage
You can monitor credits from the dashboard under Settings : Usage : Credits. There you can see:- Credits used versus credits included for the current billing cycle
- When your allowance resets
- A history of the actions that consumed credits
